Booking Requests

All new clients are required to complete the New Client Booking Request before booking an appointment.

This form helps us understand your hair history, current condition, previous colour services, lifestyle, inspiration, and long-term hair goals. The more detail you provide, the better we can recommend the right service, appointment timing, pricing, and expectations.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Once your form has been submitted, our team will review it and follow up with the best next steps.

New Clients

If this is your first visit with us, please complete the new client intake form before requesting an appointment.

This allows us to create a personalized plan based on your current hair, past services, desired result, and overall hair health.

Some services may require a consultation before booking.

Returning Clients

Returning clients may use the returning client booking option to request their next appointment.

If you are making a major change, booking a new service, or returning after a long period of time, we may ask for updated photos or additional details before confirming your appointment.

Consultations

Consultations may be required for colour transformations, blonding, colour corrections, extensions, smoothing treatments, or any service that requires a detailed plan.

During the consultation process, we will review your goals, hair history, expectations, and the safest path forward.

Pricing

All pricing is based on the service required, hair length, hair density, product usage, colour history, time needed, and overall complexity of the appointment.

Prices listed on the website are starting prices and may vary after reviewing your booking request or during your consultation.

Additional colour, toner, treatments, extended timing, or extra services may result in additional charges.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, especially for new clients, colour services, extensions, transformations, or longer appointments.

Deposits are applied toward your final appointment total.

Deposits may be non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled late, rescheduled without proper notice, or missed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that you provide at least [24–48 hours] notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Because each appointment is reserved specifically for you, late cancellations make it difficult to offer that time to another guest.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee.

Future appointments may require a deposit or full prepayment before booking.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are more than [10–15 minutes] late, we may need to adjust your service, shorten your appointment, or reschedule to avoid affecting other guests.

If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, a fee may apply.

Hair History & Expectations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about previous colour, bleach, box dye, chemical treatments, extensions, smoothing treatments, and at-home hair products.

Hair results vary depending on your current condition, previous services, porosity, underlying pigment, and overall hair health.

Some goals may require multiple sessions to achieve safely. The health and integrity of your hair will always be prioritized.

Colour Corrections & Transformations

Major colour changes, blonding services, corrective work, and transformations may require multiple appointments.

Inspiration photos are used as a guide, but exact results cannot always be guaranteed in one session.

A custom plan will be recommended based on your hair history, current condition, and realistic possibilities.

Extensions

Extension services may require a consultation before booking.

Pricing depends on the method, amount of hair required, length, colour matching, installation, maintenance, and aftercare needs.

A deposit may be required before ordering extension hair. Once extension hair has been ordered, deposits and hair purchases may be non-refundable.

Proper maintenance and professional aftercare are required to protect your natural hair and extension investment.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have a concern about your service, please contact us within [7 days] of your appointment.

Adjustments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must relate to the original service provided.

New colour goals, additional services, or changes outside of the original appointment may be charged separately.

We do not offer refunds on completed hair services.

Product Recommendations & Aftercare

Professional aftercare is essential for maintaining your colour, extensions, smoothing treatments, and overall hair health.

We may recommend specific products, care instructions, and maintenance timelines based on your service.

Results may be affected if aftercare instructions are not followed.

Guests & Children

To maintain a calm and professional salon experience, we kindly ask that you limit additional guests unless approved in advance.

For longer colour appointments or specialty services, we recommend arriving alone so you can fully enjoy your appointment.

Photos & Social Media

Before and after photos may be taken to document your transformation and showcase our work.

If you prefer not to be photographed or featured on social media, please let us know before your service.

Privacy

Information submitted through our booking forms, contact forms, or email is used only to review your appointment request, communicate with you, recommend services, and improve your client experience.

We do not sell your personal information.
